Trace inspired me to take a picture of my favorite thing ...the thing in my yard that makes me the happiest. I had to wait a few days until it was fully in bloom but I LOVE my red bud tree. We almost lost it a few years ago to carpenter ants.... I'm so happy to see it healing!

Why'd you delete your post about The Glass Castle?
I posted about it like it was new--- then I realized it was a suggestion from you on the book club blog a few months ago and it took me that long to get it on order from the library.
